While undergraduate courses are usually taught in German, postgraduate courses are also taught in English. The Ars Legendi Prize for excellence in teaching and other awards have been awarded to the Hohenheim university for its research-oriented studying profile. Bioeconomy is a joint specialization of teaching and research in all subjects.
