The University of Worcester is an erstwhile public research university located in the city of Worcester, United Kingdom .It is the only university In the English county of  Herefordshire and of Worcestershire, which was established in the year 1946 as an Emergency Teacher Training College for the Birmingham University was established in one of the former bases of RAF used during the World War 2. University of Worcester started handing out degrees to the students in the year 1997 and acquired the status of university in the year 2005.

Accommodation

There is facility of accommodation provided by the University of Worcester, in the freshman year, students  are provided accommodation in Halls of Residence provided with certain prerequisites.There are nearly 1,000 beds which are made available and are self catered with internet access.

The location of the university is based in central Worcester, and could be easily reached through  just a short walk from the train and bus stations.
