CS Executive or Company Secretary Executive is a course for undergraduates under the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) who needs to go through 3 stages while the graduates need to go through two stages. The undergraduates go through the CS Foundation, CS Executive and CS Professional programs.

CS Executive Syllabus
As mentioned above, there are 3 stages for becoming a CS Executive. Students can pursue this course part-time along with their post-graduation or graduation course.
Those who have chosen commerce as their subject for graduation/post-graduation like B.Com/M.Com should choose this many B.Tech and BSc students apply for this course.

CS Executive Updated Syllabus
The syllabus of the CS Executive program is set by ICSI. Students can pursue this course part-time along with their post-graduation or graduation course. Those who have chosen commerce as their subject for graduation/post-graduation like B.Com/M.Com should choose this subject alongside. Although many B.Tech and BSc students apply for this course.
The CS Executive new syllabus of the course consists of eight papers and two modules. There are two modules with a number of subjects in each of them. The list of subjects is given below.

CS Executive Subjects
In the two modules, there are 4 subjects each. In Jurisprudence, interpretation and general law, students learn about the Constitution of India.
They learn about various acts, the law of torts, etc. In the topic of corporate and management accounting, the formulation of effective accounting systems for the record-keeping and handling of financial transactions are performed.

CS Executive Registration
Students can register for all the 3 types of courses through ICSI CS registration. The CS examinations are held twice a year and the registration process is open for the entire year.
Those who wish to appear for this exam need to register with the Board of Studies. Documents like passport size photograph, class 10th certificate, ID proof, etc. The students who have registered successfully for the program get the necessary study material.

- Read all the student registration carefully and keep the documents ready as listed.
- Next click on proceed to registration
- Fill the registration form which includes details like aadhar number, personal details, etc.
- After filling personal details, candidates need to fill their Address Details.
- After the form is filled, click on next for registration.
- A unique ID is generated after the details are filled; it is suggested to candidates to note down the number.
- In the next step, the candidates need to fill their education details along with their father and mother’s name.
- In the next screen, candidates need to select a source of information and check the fee details for the particular program.
- Then the students need to upload a passport size photograph, signatures and other relevant documents.
- The final step appears, check all your details and proceed to the next step for payment.
- Select the mode of payment and enter the required amount, after the payment a transaction ID is generated, note it down.
- After the payment, you’re successfully registered for the CS program.

CS Executive Study Material
The study material for the program is provided by the ICSI. Once your documents are verified by the institute, the study material is sent by post to the candidate’s given address.
