- Learn the language first. Being a doctor is an interactive job. - You need to apply for an Approbation test after this. If you pass the exam, you will receive a license for approval. The examination is carried out in a viva format in which a board of physicians conducts the test in German. The test covers questions related to pharmacology, internal medicine, and surgery.
