- One should be intentional about one’s body language. If through certain actions, you reflect negative emotions, then you can make some positive gestures consciously to keep the non-verbal communication balanced.
- You may also mimic the Nonverbal communications you respond to positively, which creates a positive impact on you. You may mimic the same in your next presentation, interaction, or meeting.
