Griffith College is located in Ireland. It was established in 1974. Griffith College is the Ireland’s largest Independent 3^rd level institution. It has three campuses in Dublin, Cork and Limerick. The main campus is situated in Dublin. Griffith College, Dublin is located near to St. Stephen’s Green on South Circular Road. The campus of Dublin is spread in 7 acres. Griffith College is gaining reputation nationally and internationally through the student’s success. It has won many awards for providing excellent study material and world-class class lectures. There are many post-graduate and under-graduate degrees provided by the college which are internationally recognised. Along with those degrees, many short-term, professional, and corporate training educational courses is provided here. There are around 7000 students currently studying here. Griffith College is designated educational institute of the Higher Education and Training Awards Council (HETAC). In 2013, Griffith College achieved a new milestone by completing its 40 year anniversary. In that year, five finalists were selected for photographer of the year from Griffith College and also Philip Murray ranked first in all over the world in F5 accountancy exams. 

Facilities

Griffith College provides students with world class learning services to ensure better learning and understanding. There is a well-equipped library, an active student’s union, medical services, on-campus free WiFi, photocopying and printing facilities and a counselling service. Apart from all these, a wide range of computing, applied digital media and multimedia programmes is provided at both under-graduate and post-graduate levels. There are 14 computer labs in the Dublin centre. Griffith College supports digital revolution by making many courses online including in personal accountancy and law. Many workshops are also organised by Griffith College for introducing students to the latest technological and industry trends. There is car parking facility available for students. There are 376 car parking spaces and registered students may avail the facility for free. There is also a 350 seated restaurant. The restaurant includes a food court, a full alcohol bar and a Barista offering coffee and beverage vending. There is a live restuarant option where one can choose the fresh ingredients and the food will be prepared in front of you. There is a student’s union room which includes pool tables, jukebox, table-tennis boards and football tables. There is also a fitness room which has various cardiovascular equipment such as elliptical cross trainers, treadmills, weight machines and exercise bikes. There is also changing rooms for male and female equipped with hot showers and secure lockers for gym gear.

The best option for accomodation would be the Griffith’s hall of residence. It is the comfortable and convenient option for students. It is inclusive of fee which means that there won’t be any extra costs involved.  Independent accomodation can also be found nearby as Griffith College is nearby to Luas lines.
