Company Secretary Eligibility
Any candidate who wants to become a certified Company Secretary must fulfill the eligibility criteria which is given below, to pursue the program:
- The minimum qualification required for the first level, which is the Foundation Programme, the candidate must do a Company Secretary course in Class XII passing from any stream except fine arts from a recognized university or equivalent.
- The candidates who want to pursue company secretary after Graduation has the advantage of undergoing only two levels:
- Executive Programme
- Professional Programme
- All Graduates and Post Graduates except students from Fine Arts, and the candidates who have passed in the Foundation examination of The Institution of Company Secretaries of India, or any other institute of charter accountancy in India or abroad after excepted from passing through the exam of Foundation program.

Company Secretary Entrance Exams
Admission to ICSI’s Organization Secretary program is open consistently. The tests are directed bi-yearly in June and December. Hopeful applicants can apply to agree with their decision of test month. The individuals who wish to show up for the Establishment Program assessment in December (same year) must get themselves enlisted by Walk 31, and the individuals who want to show up best one year from now should select themselves by September 30.
