Aim for a minimum of 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night to strengthen your immune system, enhance your memory, and effectively manage stress.

In addition, maintain a nutritious diet throughout the day to sustain your energy levels. While relying on takeout and fast food may be tempting, strive for a more balanced and wholesome diet to support your overall health.

Rather than making excuses, consider the time and budget-friendly options available. Cooking a batch of roasted vegetables can be as time-consuming as ordering a pizza from Domino’s, if not less, and it will be much healthier and budget-friendly. Explore a variety of delicious, affordable recipes that can be prepared quickly and easily.
