The maximum GRE score is 340. The Average GRE range is approximately 303 in which 150 questions are verbal questions and 153 questions are quantitative questions. Scores also depend upon the types, of course, the student has opted for.
For example, if a student is applying for MS in Computer Science course in some university and the course is a popular course then the GRE score value will be higher for MS Computer Science than any of the other courses.
